Graphic Marketing Specialist

Overview of your value to and engagement with WinnowPro:

The Graphic Marketing Specialist will assist the marketing team in developing visually-appealing content for all aspects of the company. We are looking for someone who has a strong aptitude for graphic design and marketing fundamentals. Most importantly, this key contributor will be able to take an idea and translate it into a visual story to support our sales and customer support teams. The Graphic Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Director of Marketing on all requests to ensure ample support is provided to you. 

Content you will have the opportunity to create includes:

  • Sales + Marketing presentation materials... to help potential customers understand our offering + impact within their business.
  • Value Proposition + Service Overview Decks
  • Business Card Design
  • New Product Launch materials, including logo design, flyers, etc.
  • Client Support materials... to help our existing clients easily understand performance results
  • Design presentation for client performance reports
  • Other materials may be requested as well for various teams within the organization but we are confident that the right fit for this position will be able to handle the creative requests.

About the role:

Winnow Digital Services seeks a Digital Account Strategist(PPC Focused) who will be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring the digital advertising outreach programs of our end clients - B2B and B2C. You will be key to ensure that the digital marketing strategy is followed and is transparent between the marketing team, stakeholders (global marketing teams) and tech teams by using the appropriate communication channels.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 minimum years of expertise in digital marketing (preferably in an agency).
  • B2B account management experience is mandatory.
  • Running ads on Google, Facebook-Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital mediums (A Google Ads certified individual would be preferred)
  • Hands-on with execution, reporting, optimization and tracking, with a focus on improving digital ad performance and ROAS
  • Setting up tracking and analytics of digital ad campaigns
  • A comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console & CRM tools (Hubspot CRM knowledge would be highly preferred)
  • Experience in running DSAs, RLSAs is a must.

  • Measure the success of every social media campaign

Job Brief:

We are looking for a PPC optimizer to manage PPC campaigns and social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram), and monitor paid search budgets for our healthcare clients, specifically in the dentistry industry.

In this role, you should be well-versed in the principles of search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing (SMM), and search engine optimization (SEO.) You should also be results driven, analytical, and good with numbers.

Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple clients’ performance across social and search platforms
  • Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
  • Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
  • Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)

Sales Manager

The Sales Manager has significant experience selling to Tier 1 auto dealerships and has cultivated great relationships with key stakeholders at these dealerships over their years of experience. This position is responsible for sales, and retention of best-in-class auto dealership interaction software for sales enablement.

We are looking for a driven individual who sets aggressive but achievable goals for themselves and consistently exceeds these targets.

What you will do:

  • Build a strong sales pipeline of in-person and virtual demonstrations of the Winnow offerings (WinnowChat data and Lead Generation services)
  • Meet with decision makers at auto dealerships to build and leverage relations for conquest sales and recommendations for product offering enhancements
  • Develop sales collateral, make client presentations and build new sales channels
  • Maintain strong relations with existing clients to ensure retention and win referrals
  • Work with internal teams to improve the overall offering & develop tools to improve sales
  • Collaborate with other sales managers nationally to share best practices and create sales offerings / incentives to drive sales

What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of automotive software sales.
  • 3+ years of automotive experience in selling software sales or digital marketing related services is a plus
  • Great working knowledge of automotive software and the competitive landscape
  • Driven and motivated with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
