About the role:
WinnowPro Digital Services (winnowpro.com) seeks a Content Strategist(Social Media Focused) who will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the digital advertising outreach programs of our end clients - B2B and B2C. You will be key to ensuring that the digital marketing content strategy is followed and is transparent between the global marketing team and stakeholders by using the appropriate communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's and our client’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, and engagement, improve marketing efforts and increase sales
- Ability to manage multiple social accounts and strategies across varied industries
- Be adept at using content scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Create a social media calendar and coordinate with the clients to get a sign-off
- Knowledge of Email Marketing Programs and Email Service Providers
- Blog writing & SEO Content writing
- Report & analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes in the strategy as may be needed
- Ideate paid ad content themes and draft ad content
- Work with team members and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in web technologies, design, standards, and best practice
- Experience in managing paid ads on social media is preferred but not mandatory.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of work experience in managing social media content in an agency
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Proficient in Email Marketing
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Fast learner and able to function within tight deadlines
- Fantastic communication skills (proficiency in English), ability to learn quickly
- Bachelor’s degree is a must
